1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MYTY Auto Parts website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


2. About Our Products

Myty Auto Parts specialises in BMW and Mini replacement parts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product listing:

  • All parts sold are OEM quality replacement parts — they are not original manufacturer parts and are not supplied, endorsed, or affiliated with BMW AG, MINI, or the BMW Group.
  • Refurbished / second-hand parts will be clearly identified as such on the relevant product listing.
  • Product descriptions, compatibility information, and specifications are provided in good faith. It remains the customer's responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing.


3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • A pricing error has occurred
  • A product is found to be out of stock after the order is placed
  • We are unable to verify payment

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stitch Express. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stitch Express's payment terms.
  • We do not store your card or banking details.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are fulfilled through our BobGo Partner Courier network.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are guidelines only — we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
  • Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery at the cost of the customer.
  • Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Electrical components and special-order parts are non-returnable unless found to be defective.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.


7. Warranty

Replacement parts are sold as fit-for-purpose OEM quality components. We do not offer an extended warranty beyond the statutory minimum unless specifically stated on a product listing. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MYTY Auto Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
  • We are not responsible for any vehicle damage resulting from incorrect part selection by the customer or improper installation.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of MYTY Auto Parts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

References to BMW, MINI, or related trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying vehicle compatibility and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by BMW AG or the BMW Group.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
